PHOTOCALL 2008 - Info & Terms of Attendance

  • Date - Sunday 8th June 2008 - 13.00 to 16.00hrs
  • This event is being held to raise money fo the charities supported by Royal Air Force Northolt.  It is held by the kind permission of Group Captain Guy van den Berg, Base Commander
  • Entrance will be by previously acquired ticket ONLY and numbers are strictly limited.  Tickets will be issued on a first come first served basis
  • The minimum donation for a ticket is £18.00 sterling by cheque, no cash accepted except from non UK residents
  • A stamped addressed envelope MUST accompany all ticket applications or they will not be processed.  The envelope should be maximum C5 size otherwise extra postage will need to be included.   A briefing pack will be sent to successful applicants with their tickets and entry documents
  • Limited car parking will be available on base.  It is recommended that guests car share or if coming as a group use a minibus.  It is important that local residents are not inconvenienced by thoughtless parking off base.  Public transport information is shown here
  • Entrance will be via the 'Southern Gate' , adjacent to the petrol station.  Nearest gate to South Ruislip Underground Station
  • To avoid excessive queuing and disruption, entry slots will be allocated in 30 minute periods.  Arrival should arranged for 15 minutes before your slot to allow for security checks to take place.  Efforts will be made to accommodate requested entry times where possible but it may be necessary to change them to the nearest available slot in the case of over-subscription
  • Official Photographic identity will be required for all attendees, driving licence, passport etc.
  • Minimum age for visitors is 16 years.  No pets allowed
  • Only camera bags will be permitted to be carried on to base, no rucksacks etc.  No ladders are permitted
  • The RAF Police reserve the right to search all persons and vehicles entering the base and have the right to refuse entry
  • Persons entering RAF Northolt do so at their own risk and no liability will be accepted by the RAF or the organisers of this event for any injury to persons or damage or loss to vehicles and property
  • RAF Northolt and the organisers reserve the right to cancel or curtail the event at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances.  In this case no refund of donation will be made
  • Obey all safety instructions from stewards or RAF personnel.  Do not touch aircraft or associated facilities.  Do no wander beyond the area of the event.  No smoking is permitted on the airfield
  • Ticket applications must be made using the official form which can be printed from the link below.  It can also be obtained in person from The Aviation Hobby Shop, West Drayton or by post from - Phillip Dawe,  c/o Operations, Building 1,  Royal Air Force Northolt,  Ruislip,  Middlesex, HA4 6NG enclosing a Stamped Addressed Envelope.  Envelopes should be marked 'PHOTOCALL' in the bottom right hand corner
